Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, completed by mid-2027.
• Up to 18 months of professional experience excluding internships.
• Practical programming experience via academic projects or personal initiatives, mainly with languages such as Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, or Go, with openness to learning new languages based on solid fundamentals.
• Experience collaborating on coding projects with others, either through internships or academic teamwork.
• Capacity for independent learning of new systems via self-study and mentorship.
• Strong written communication skills to clearly convey work progress and insights to teammates and stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively use AI development tools while applying critical assessment and professional judgment to validate results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Depth of expertise in one or more areas (frontend, backend, infrastructure, etc.) paired with broad software development knowledge.
• Experience with code review processes and updating live systems safely.
• Familiarity with managing work within extensive codebases.
• Proven leadership in small projects and active contribution to larger ones with peers.
• Demonstrated high initiative in overcoming complex technical challenges independently, knowing when to seek help judiciously.

Onsite Work Expectations

Employees assigned to offices are generally expected to be physically present at least 50% of the time each month. This varies by role, team, and location; some teams or locations may require full-time onsite attendance to adequately support users and workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for the Singapore location is SGD 86,400 to SGD 129,600 annually, varying by specific location and candidate factors including experience and qualifications. Compensation packages may include bonuses, equity, retirement benefits, health coverage, and wellness stipends. Exact benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.
