Role Overview
Join B&Q as a Shift Lead based in Friern Barnet, England, working full-time on a permanent contract. The position involves 36.75 hours per week with shifts starting as early as 6am and ending as late as 10pm. The full-time equivalent salary is 29,428.50 annually, which includes a store-specific location allowance of 1,719 per year. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary leader during shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a safe environment for colleagues and customers alike.
- Manage colleague deployment effectively to deliver excellent customer service throughout the shift.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for both customers and team members.
- Maintain store safety standards at all times.
