About the Role
We are excited to offer an excellent career opportunity for experienced ServiceNow Developers at a leading IT services company. This role involves hands-on development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform to meet various business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and tailor the ServiceNow platform according to organizational requirements.
- Use specialized ServiceNow development skills including scripting, workflow creation, system integrations, and design of customized service portal pages and widgets to support internal business processes.
- Work closely with teams from multiple departments to understand, gather, and prioritize business needs effectively.
- Ensure code quality by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable scripts and configurations.
Eligibility and Interview Details
This position requires candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience, specializing in any of the following ServiceNow domains: IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
The interview will be conducted face-to-face on September 5, 2026 (Saturday). Candidates must be available and attend at the TCS Kolkata location:
TCS Candor - Infospace, Building Candor Techspace, DH Block, Action Area I, New Town, Kolkata.
