About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer with 10-15 years of experience to join our Hyderabad-based team on a full-time basis. This role demands deep knowledge in orchestrating cloud-native solutions, especially leveraging Kubernetes (EKS), AWS Cloud, and container technologies. The candidate will be key in automating deployment pipelines and elevating the operational robustness of microservices applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters on Amazon EKS and manage containerized deployments.
- Create, enhance, and oversee CI/CD workflows and GitOps pipelines utilizing ArgoCD.
- Drive automation of cloud infrastructure setup and application release processes.
- Provide support throughout development cycles for microservices platforms, including testing and production stages.
- Deploy and manage monitoring, logging, observability, and distributed tracing mechanisms for application performance.
- Maintain platform uptime with emphasis on reliability, scalability, security, and overall performance.
- Work closely with software teams to refine DevOps methodologies and optimize release cycles.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker containerization technology.
- Proven expertise in AWS Cloud service implementations.
- Familiarity with ArgoCD and building automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python.
- Strong understanding of microservices architectural patterns.
- Experience with monitoring tools, observability frameworks, and distributed tracing.
- Knowledge of MongoDB and other NoSQL database systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS DevOps certification is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills and capability in stakeholder engagement.
