Senior Assistant Store Manager

Job Overview

The position of Assistant Store Manager is vital for delivering excellent Guest Services and assisting the Store Manager in all store operations. The aim is to maximize sales and profitability through effective staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, as well as overseeing merchandising and inventory operations following company protocols.

Work Schedule & Physical Requirements

This role requires working up to 38 hours per week. The job is physically demanding, involving more than 8 hours of standing, walking, ladder climbing, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay ranges from $21.60 to $21.85, determined by qualifications and experience.
