Job description
Role Overview
We are recruiting for Self-Employed Resolution Field Agents to undertake field visits at residential and commercial premises on behalf of clients. This role involves various assignments aimed at resolving customer accounts, reconnecting services, and supporting individuals facing financial difficulties.
Core Responsibilities
- Engage with residential and commercial utility customers to discuss and settle account matters.
- Facilitate reconnection of services between customers and clients.
- Conduct welfare visits to introduce customers to financial support services and assist with service reconnections where applicable.
- Accurately collect utility meter readings during visits.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Flexible work pattern requiring a minimum of two weekdays a week, with 8-hour shifts.
- Variable start times to accommodate schedules.
- Work days include Monday to Friday or Saturdays depending on client business hours.
- Guaranteed daily payment ranging from £130 to £150 depending on experience and expertise.

Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a full UK driving license.
- Access to a personal vehicle with appropriate business insurance.
- Vehicles must comply with ULEZ requirements if working within London ULEZ zones.
- Clean Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Good personal credit history; County Court Judgments (CCJs) may be acceptable if repayment plans are in place.
- Strong skills in organisation, negotiation, and managing individual cases.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and customers.
- Capacity to operate independently while adhering to company policies and objectives.
- Competence in identifying and handling disputes according to company procedures.
- Openness to coaching, feedback, and ongoing performance improvement.
