Compensation and Benefits

The starting pay for this position is approximately $19.25 per hour, varying based on your location, expertise, education, and experience. Additional rewards include eligibility for monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. You will accrue paid time off (PTO) up to 152 hours annually, which covers PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, along with up to 64 hours of paid sick leave, subject to legal requirements.

Work Schedule

Working hours are respectfully scheduled within store operating times from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide and exemplify excellent customer service at all times
• Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and organized
• Participate in cross-training across all store functions, including stocking and sales associate duties
• Lead, mentor, and support team members to foster growth
• Fulfill the role of Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Perform other related duties as assigned
