Program Manager - Delivery

We are searching for a seasoned Delivery Program Manager to spearhead extensive and complex transformation and technology delivery initiatives for premier banking and financial services clients within the Middle East. This role centers around comprehensive program delivery, profitability assurance, robust executive stakeholder engagement, and fueling business growth driven by delivery.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience managing multimillion-dollar programs, engaging directly with senior executives, and achieving strategic outcomes in stringent banking regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of substantial banking transformation programs from inception to completion.
• Drive excellence in delivery across diverse workstreams, maintaining strict compliance with scope, quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• Develop and enforce program management frameworks, risk controls, and best practice delivery methodologies.
• Oversee cross-disciplinary teams including business, consulting, technology, and operations experts.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with C-Level and direct reports within client enterprises, serving as a trusted advisor for delivery and transformation initiatives.
• Lead governance structures such as executive forums, steering committees, and periodic business reviews.
• Take full accountability for program profitability and drive margin enhancement strategies.
• Monitor financial metrics including revenue recognition, forecasting, and resource deployment efficiency.
• Identify operational improvements to enhance program financial performance and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with account and sales teams to uncover growth avenues within existing banking accounts.
• Support business development efforts, solution formulation, and client presentations to aid account expansion through sterling program delivery and strategic engagement.
• Implement robust risk governance mechanisms to oversee program delivery, commercial, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Ensure all program activities conform to banking industry regulations and organizational quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or closely related fields.
• Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA is preferred.
• Professional certifications like PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or equivalents are advantageous.
