Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete payroll process independently while complying with legal, tariff, and social security regulations.
- Serve as primary contact for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders, including handling international assignments.
- Oversee company pension schemes autonomously.
- Coordinate with health insurance providers and authorities, assisting during audits and inspections.
- Participate actively in local and global HR/payroll projects.
- Support year-end closing tasks such as verifying leave carryovers, preparing income tax certificates, and submitting social security notifications.
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial vocational training.
- At least two years of professional experience in in-house payroll processing.
- Proficient in using SAP, specifically S/4HANA for payroll activities.
- Strong numerical affinity combined with organized and independent work habits.
- Team-oriented, service-focused, and capable of handling work pressure effectively.
- Fluent in German and good command of English.
