Role Summary and Responsibilities
We are seeking dedicated and courteous overnight valet drivers who take pride in safety and enjoy customer interaction. This role presents a valuable opportunity for those seeking a career start or advancement within a diverse and innovative company. Key duties include:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles prior to parking, documenting all relevant observations.
- Communicate valet pricing clearly to customers and address their inquiries promptly and politely.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and apply cautious driving practices at all times.
- Report any accidents, safety concerns, unusual activities, or breaches of company policies to management without delay.
- Possess and use knowledge of major local streets, landmarks, and highways to provide customers with directions as needed.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism by arriving on time, dressed in a clean and complete uniform for the entire shift.
- Support management by handling additional assigned duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Hold a valid driver's license recognized by the state, with a current address and a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmissions (stick shift) is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work special shifts, including second or third shifts, weekends, or other scheduling needs.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States with appropriate documentation verification upon hiring.
- Skill in providing accurate information and professionally managing customer concerns and complaints.
- Basic numeracy to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic with US currency, and the capacity to comprehend written and verbal instructions including brief emails and memos.
- Adaptability to remain calm and responsive to operational changes, delays, or unexpected challenges.

Compensation
The hourly wage for this position is $16.00. Eligible employees can access a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, life insurance, accident insurance, 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
