Learning & Development Manager

Role Overview

The Learning & Development Manager will spearhead initiatives to enhance employee skills, boost performance, and foster professional growth. This role centers around crafting and rolling out learning strategies, designing training programs, identifying skill gaps, and assessing the effectiveness of learning activities. Collaborating with department heads and internal stakeholders, the manager will tailor development solutions that align with business goals.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Manage learning content, workshops, leadership development, onboarding, and career growth programs.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning throughout the organization.
• Partner with various teams to understand training needs and devise engaging development plans.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
• Deep knowledge of learning and development theories, instructional design, talent growth, and employee engagement strategies.
• Experienced in creating structured training schemes and learning pathways that support organizational objectives.
• Proficient in analyzing and evaluating learning outcomes to measure impact and uncover areas for improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and related training technologies.
• Strong capabilities in project management, organization, and solving complex challenges.
• Creative and adaptable with a collaborative approach, dedicated to nurturing a positive and enduring learning environment.
