Overview

Primary Duties
- Perform various general repair jobs inside and outside residential properties
- Assist multiple trades such as joinery, tiling, painting, and basic plumbing tasks
- Ensure all work adheres to health and safety standards and specifications
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, schedulers, and team members to meet project deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and fill out necessary documentation
- Support the overall team performance while providing excellent customer service
Typical Workday
- Follow a structured schedule encompassing repair and maintenance tasks
- Drive to various job sites within the assigned area using the company van
- Work independently or in coordination with other tradespeople
- Interact professionally and kindly with customers at their residences
- Complete tasks efficiently while upholding quality and compliance requirements
Work Environment
- Tasks performed in occupied homes and vacant properties
- Service a variety of domestic residences within the local Preston area
- Work may involve environments with vulnerable customers requiring sensitivity and care
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Labourer, preferably in social housing or residential property maintenance
- Possession of a valid full UK driving license
- Reside within the PR postcode as the role requires localized service
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple trades including joinery, tiling, or plumbing
- Additional trade certifications or qualifications
