About the Role

The Kitchen Support Expert is crucial in supporting various hotel operations, including kitchens, food and beverage, and employee dining areas. This role involves cleaning and assisting with basic kitchen preparations, ensuring fresh linens and spotless dining ware for guests, handling cleaning machinery like dishwashers and hand wash stations, and transporting dishware throughout the hotel premises. The position demands a flexible approach to fulfill all tasks needed to complete the job efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to company safety, security guidelines, and protocols.
• Report maintenance requirements, accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions promptly to supervisors.
• Complete required safety training and obtain necessary certifications.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Keep company information confidential and protect assets.
• Greet and acknowledge guests following company standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests.
• Build and sustain positive working relationships and support team objectives.
• Uphold high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, bending, twisting, lifting, and carrying items up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Carry out other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• No high school diploma or equivalent education required.
• No prior related work experience necessary.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications mandatory.
