Java Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade backend services. The role demands reliable, high-performance, and well-architected systems while collaborating closely with the engineering team on architecture and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Java and the Spring framework.
• Create RESTful APIs to connect with internal and external systems.
• Improve system performance and scalability.
• Perform code reviews and offer input on architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot and fix production issues promptly.
• Work alongside QA, DevOps, and product teams to facilitate delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing production-level Java applications.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem.
• Proficient with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ is advantageous.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and system architecture.
