Interior Site Supervisor

This position involves assisting in overseeing on-site interior activities, coordinating with various contractors, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring daily interior fit-out activities on project sites.
• Track progress and communicate updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and tradespeople to promote smooth execution.
• Inspect delivered materials and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Help uphold quality standards during carpentry, painting, gypsum, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and finishing stages.
• Prepare daily progress reports and handle site documentation diligently.
• Identify and escalate site-related issues or delays promptly to senior staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain cleanliness on-site.
• Support the project close-out process by assisting with snagging and rectification tasks.

Candidate Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Internship or training experience in interior projects is a valuable plus.
• Basic knowledge of interior fit-out workflows and interpreting construction drawings.
• Enthusiasm to learn and capacity to work onsite effectively.
• Good communication and coordination capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail paired with solid problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office is essential; knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate within teams and manage time efficiently.

Compensation

The remuneration for this role ranges from 10000 to 15000 INR monthly.
