Installation Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking two Installation Engineers to join our team at Sri Bhuvan Enterprises, based in Basaweshwar Nagar, Bangalore. This contract role involves working six days a week from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, supporting installation and maintenance activities primarily for elevators and lift systems. This is a fixed-term position offering a monthly salary between ₹23,000 and ₹35,000, depending on relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on elevator and lift systems to ensure minimal downtime.
• Conduct routine upkeep including cleaning and greasing of car guiderails and counter guiderails.
• Carry out inspections of all safety features, floor level alignment, rollers, guide shoes, and counter shoes to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness of elevator cabins, doors, and sills.
• Respond promptly to mechanical issues and malfunctions in the system.
• Install and test electrical components relevant to elevator systems.
• Perform servicing and maintenance of machine parts as needed.
• Repair or replace defective system parts and lubricate moving components to maintain smooth functioning.
• Implement safety checks regularly and proactively identify parts needing replacement to avoid system breakdowns.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum qualification: ITI in Electronics or Telecommunication; Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics; 12th pass; or B.Com with relevant work experience.
• Experience range required: 1.5 to 5 years in relevant field.
