Role Summary

Takt is hiring a detail-focused, proactive Implementation Analyst to join its Customer Success team. In this position, you will help deliver customer implementations smoothly from project kickoff through launch and hypercare. The role centers on coordinating work, setting up the platform, supporting onboarding, and keeping implementation projects moving according to plan.

This is a delivery-oriented role that plays an important part in the implementation lifecycle. Once hypercare is complete, customer accounts transition to Customer Success for long-term support and expansion.

Work Location and Travel

This position is based in the Reston, VA office and may involve travel of up to 25–50%.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide implementation projects from the initial kickoff stage through go-live and hypercare.
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, task management, and progress updates.
  • Track project risks, dependencies, and follow-up items, and raise concerns when needed.
  • Help keep implementations on schedule, within scope, and aligned with the approved solution design.
  • Represent customer needs during internal planning, prioritization, and execution discussions.
  • Set up Takt platform features, workflows, and operating structures based on documented customer requirements.
  • Support onboarding by gathering data, completing setup, validating information, and checking launch readiness.
  • Run configuration tests and quality checks to confirm implementation accuracy.
  • Record customer requirements, decisions, and final implementation outcomes.
  • Coordinate integration work with customer contacts and internal teams.
  • Monitor integration status and help with testing and validation activities.
  • Support issue investigation and resolution during implementation and pre-launch preparation.
  • Maintain implementation documents and requirement records throughout the project.
  • Help prepare customers for launch through readiness reviews and training coordination.
  • Support go-live planning and execution, and assist during hypercare with launch monitoring and issue tracking.
  • Help customers understand important processes, timelines, and next steps.
  • Work closely with Solution Design, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Take part in project handoffs and implementation reviews.
  • Share feedback and lessons learned to improve implementation quality and efficiency.
  • Contribute to better implementation practices and documentation.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Implementation, Consulting, Project Coordination, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organization and project coordination abilities.
  • Comfort handling several priorities and deadlines at the same time.
  • Excellent attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Quick learner who can pick up new software platforms and business processes rapidly.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or labor management settings is a plus.
  • Exposure to SaaS implementations or customer onboarding is beneficial.
