Job Description and Responsibilities

• Ensure that the hub is opened and closed strictly following operational guidelines and standards.
• Oversee the sorter team responsible for receiving shipments.
• Plan delivery allocation based on available resources, organizing shipments for bike and van deliveries efficiently.
• Ensure all team members receive proper training and understand operational procedures thoroughly.
• Sort shipments according to predefined delivery routes.
• Generate runsheets and pickup sheets, assigning daily tasks to Warehouse Managers (WMs).
• Prepare necessary reports and respond to emails promptly.
• Execute transactions in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system accurately.
• Compile and share daily end-of-day reports.
• Manage cash collection, perform accounting, and reconcile transactions within the ERP system.
• Assist in shipment deliveries and pickups to customers as required by operations.
• Take full responsibility for team motivation, reducing attrition, addressing grievances, grooming, ensuring zero customer escalations, and providing training and coaching aligned with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Support seamless adoption of new organizational policies and processes.
• Monitor undelivered shipments in ERP and contact customers to understand reasons for non-delivery.
• Track Wish Masters' real-time performance to ensure completion of deliveries as planned.
• Provide on-route support to Wish Masters and take appropriate actions when necessary.
• Maintain zero unexplained stock variance at hubs daily.
• Drive achievement of key performance indicators for team members in line with company goals.
