Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all facility areas in spotless condition within designated time frames.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to promote a warm and comfortable atmosphere for visitors.
- Organize daily work assignments, keep accurate records of rooms serviced, and maintain equipment functionality.
- Report any shortages, damages, security concerns, and promptly respond to reasonable guest complaints or requests.
- Comply strictly with health and safety protocols, company policies, and licensing requirements to ensure a safe environment.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant prior experience working in housekeeping or a similar field.
- Ability to work independently with a self-driven approach.
