Role Overview
We are seeking a Go Software Engineer to join our client's team in building advanced dialog agents with applications spanning education, entertainment, and question-answering systems. This full-time, fully remote role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative features.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated code and solutions to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and development standards.
- Manage development cycles by prioritizing tasks, setting project objectives, and meeting deadlines.
- Tackle complex coding challenges through expertise in Go during AI validation and system integration phases.
- Confirm the precision, efficiency, and reliability of AI-produced code via thorough validation.
- Critically analyze code, offer thoughtful feedback, and promote an innovative, collaborative environment that supports ongoing improvement.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or possess equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years in software engineering roles with experience leading teams.
- Strong proficiency in Go programming language and comprehensive understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Experience working with AI technologies and code-generation tools, including training on large language models.
- Active participation in public GitHub repositories with contributions such as feature development and refactoring of extensive codebases.
