Job description
Overview
We are seeking a Dressing & Signage Coordinator to assist in the execution of a significant international football tournament in Saudi Arabia. This contract runs from 1st September 2026 to 28th February 2027. This role suits professionals with experience in event operations, visual branding, signage, production, venue management, exhibitions, activations, or visual merchandising environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the coordination of event dressing, branding, and signage installation within designated zones.
- Collaborate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery according to specifications.
- Assist with site inspections, installation timing, and quality assurance processes.
- Oversee signage and branding needs throughout the duration of the event.
- Identify any operational challenges related to dressing and signage and resolve them promptly.
- Keep comprehensive and detailed records, including trackers, plans, and relevant documentation.
- Provide support to the overall venue and event operations teams as needed.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Proven background in events, exhibitions, activations, production, venue operations, branding, signage, or retail/visual merchandising.
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders such as suppliers and contractors.
- Adept at thriving in dynamic, fast-paced onsite environments.
- Strong attention to detail while managing several tasks simultaneously.
- Prior involvement in large-scale events or major sporting competitions is advantageous.
