Role Overview

This position focuses on designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or application deployment that meet strict quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehend product requirements and design specifications thoroughly.
• Create software solutions by analyzing system workflows, data usage, and business processes.
• Investigate issues related to software throughout its development lifecycle.
• Lead root cause analysis to address system problems effectively.
• Propose enhancements to improve system performance and availability.
• Translate client requirements into viable software designs.
• Work closely with functional teams and systems analysts to clarify software needs.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand software capabilities and goals.
• Write code ensuring optimal module functionality and efficiency.
• Assess operational viability by reviewing software requirements and development outcomes.
• Automate and design test cases to validate software functionality comprehensively.
• Modify software to correct defects, improve performance, upgrade interfaces, or adapt to new hardware.
• Analyze data to recommend new system installations or system modifications.
• Ensure code is free from bugs and passes all tests successfully.
• Prepare detailed reports on programming projects including specifications, activities, and progress status.
• Maintain standardized code submission practices with clear documentation and replication methods.
• Create timely, precise documentation and compile necessary reports as required.
• Coordinate daily project updates with team members and keep records of progress.
• Provide insights on usability and serviceability, assess quality risks, and inform related stakeholders.
• Maintain ongoing status reporting and focus on customer satisfaction throughout project execution.
• Gather requirements and clarify any client doubts to enhance quality deliverables.

• Provide formal documentation covering details from client proposals through implementation.
• Ensure high-quality communication with customers via emails, fault tracking, phone interactions, and professional etiquette.
• Respond promptly to customer queries, aiming to prevent any internal or external complaints.

• Achieve 100% error-free software onboarding, adherence to scheduled releases, and maintain deployment throughput.
• Deliver projects on time with high-quality software management and customer satisfaction; complete certifications for skill enhancement.
• Generate reports and Management Information Systems (MIS) data accurately and punctually.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

Applicants must have hands-on experience with React JS and possess 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
