Role Overview

This is a paid internship opportunity lasting either 3 or 6 months, with a prospect for full-time employment upon completion. The candidate will be directly involved in frontline customer interactions within the store, responsible for identifying and guiding customers to appropriate sections, collaborating with store assistants, and addressing customer complaints by documenting and discussing them with the team to enhance service quality.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The working hours follow a shift pattern, offering three different shifts: 9 AM to 7 PM, 12 PM to 9 PM, and 11 AM to 8 PM. The monthly stipend for this internship is INR 7,000.
