Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will be trained to confidently handle a variety of restaurant stations including grilling, cashiering, food preparation, salsa making, and order assembly. You will contribute to an inviting and positive environment for customers and coworkers alike, supporting excellent service delivery.

Requirements

Candidates should bring enthusiasm and friendliness, a commitment to helping others, willingness to learn cooking and food service skills, be at least 16 years old, and possess the ability to communicate effectively in the language(s) used at the workplace.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay ranges from $14.25 to $15.25 per hour, supplemented by digital tips
• Tuition assistance covering 100% for select degrees or up to $5,250 annually
