Job description
Overview
Penspen is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a PMC project based in Abu Dhabi. The chosen candidate will be responsible for supervising daily on-site operations, guaranteeing project completion within safety standards, timelines, and budgetary limits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with a Mechanical or Civil specialization.
Experience
- A minimum of 17 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years dedicated to large-scale oil and gas processing projects.
- Proven background in the oil and gas sector with relevant site supervisory roles.
- Proficient in managing daily site activities, subcontractor coordination, and schedule monitoring.
- Competency in evaluating structural, piping, and electrical drawings to verify conformity with specifications.
- Experience working with ADNOC projects is beneficial but not mandatory.
