Job Overview
Located in Devonport, Tasmania, this role involves delivering precise residential and commercial property valuation reports. You'll be responsible for meeting client demands and deadlines, fostering strong client relations, identifying business opportunities, and supporting regional growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and high-quality residential and commercial valuation reports that meet client expectations.
- Develop and sustain productive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage business opportunities to contribute to the region's expansion.
- Maintain operational effectiveness through collaboration across teams.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Business (Property) or an equivalent qualification.
- Hold Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) accreditation.
- Demonstrate substantial experience in residential property valuation; commercial valuation experience is a plus.
- Exhibit strong analytical abilities, excellent report writing skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Show keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality outcomes.
- Have excellent customer service and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Display business development skills with the ability to forge lasting client relationships.
