The Busser is integral to enhancing the overall dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area. Supporting the service team, the Busser ensures rapid and efficient clearing, cleaning, and resetting of tables.

• Assist in food and beverage setup, service, and cleanup activities in collaboration with the service team.

• Complete duties according to the guidelines specified in the Employee Handbook.
• Collaborate effectively with all team members to promote a positive work environment.
• Take on extra tasks as necessary to support smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in clearing and resetting tables efficiently and transporting soiled dishes appropriately.
• Capability to manage assigned table sections effectively.
• Physical ability to safely move furniture such as chairs, tables, highchairs, and booster seats.
• Skilled in the use of cleaning tools and equipment essential for the role.
• Strong communication skills to comprehend and follow both verbal and written directions.
• Ability to multitask in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces with noise and temperature fluctuations.
• Physical stamina to lift items up to 50 pounds and to remain standing and mobile throughout shifts while navigating obstacles.
