Job Overview
We are seeking an early-career Artificial Intelligence Software Engineer based in Abu Dhabi who is passionate about developing practical AI solutions. This role offers a chance to work with cloud technologies, generative AI, and intelligent digital products, contributing to innovative applications that impact real-world scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and improving AI-driven digital applications, involving both backend services and user interfaces.
- Create robust software modules and integrations for reuse across multiple products and projects.
- Participate in building cloud-native applications focused on enhancing performance, scalability, security, and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, designers, and data specialists to transform ideas and business needs into functional features.
- Maintain software quality through testing, debugging, code reviews, and continual lifecycle enhancements.
- Investigate new AI and software engineering trends and integrate innovative methods to boost development efficiency and product functionality.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of two years of experience in software development, preferably with involvement in AI-powered products or digital solutions.
- Proficiency with programming languages and frameworks such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React or similar modern development environments.
- Solid understanding of API design, frontend/backend development principles, authentication mechanisms, and secure application practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization technologies like Docker, source control systems, and CI/CD workflows; knowledge of Kubernetes is beneficial.
- Strong enthusiasm for AI/ML, generative AI, and agent-based technologies, coupled with a motivation to expand expertise in these areas.
