Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract skilled IT professionals through business networks, platforms, and contemporary sourcing technologies.
• Conduct structured screening conversations, initial outreach, and motivate potential candidates effectively.
• Design and implement targeted and international sourcing strategies tailored to specific talent pools.
• Build and maintain sustainable talent pools and candidate networks for long-term recruitment success.
• Analyze recruiting KPIs and funnel metrics to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on job requirements.
• Contribute to the advancement of sourcing strategies, processes, and tools within the recruitment function.
• Ensure a respectful and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree with several years of experience in active sourcing, preferably related to IT and international talent markets.
• Proficient in utilizing business networks, candidate databases, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and XING, combined with a keen understanding of target groups and recruitment trends.
• Strong analytical and structured working approach with experience handling recruiting KPIs, conversion rates, and funnel analyses to manage and enhance sourcing operations.
• Fluent in both German and English for effective engagement and support of national and international candidates.
