Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate actively with the consulting team throughout project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
- Conduct research, including literature review and vendor evaluations, to explore alternative solutions and develop proof-of-concepts.
- Translate business needs into requirement specifications, define future state processes, and prepare detailed functional designs based on requirements.
- Configure solution requirements within products, troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes, seek necessary clarifications, and evaluate solution alternatives.
- Contribute to both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.
Educational Qualifications
