About the Role
FynTune Solution Private Limited, a fintech startup founded by IIT and IIM alumni along with industry veterans specializing in actuarial science and strategy, is seeking a proactive and meticulous Product Management Intern. The company develops technology platforms specifically for insurance companies and intermediaries, aiming to transform the insurance sector through accessible and affordable technology. The internship is based in Thane, with openings also available in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect, evaluate, and record detailed business and product-related requirements.
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRD), user stories, and detailed functional specifications.
- Support the planning of product roadmaps, prioritize features, and contribute to long-term product strategy.
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Quality Assurance, UI/UX design, Business, and Project teams to ensure products are delivered on schedule.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to understand business demands and provide ongoing product updates.
- Conduct thorough market research, analyze competitors, and gather customer insights to uncover new product opportunities.
- Take part in Agile processes including sprint planning, product review sessions, and backlog management.
- Execute product validation tasks such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance prior to product launches.
- Monitor development milestones, project timelines, and overall progress.
- Analyze product performance through user feedback and suggest enhancements for improvement.
