Human Resources (HR) Internship

Internship Overview

This internship offers hands-on exposure to critical HR functions within Geoserve, a company established in 2019 with a deep maritime heritage focusing on vessel operations optimization. The HR Intern will support recruitment, onboarding, data management, and various administrative HR tasks to help streamline the HR department's workflows.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
• Maintain and update records for both active and exiting employees.
• Accurately handle records in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
• Support the HR Manager with various administrative duties and projects.
• Take on other HR-related ad hoc assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt flexibly to shifting priorities and tasks.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all HR activities.

• Internship Duration: 3 months
• Location: Mumbai (Onsite, full-time)
• Start Date: Immediate, between August 27, 2026, and October 1, 2026
• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Stipend Range: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
