About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship offers the opportunity to engage in day-to-day graphic design tasks primarily focused on adapting approved visual content across multiple formats such as social media posts, stories, reel covers, presentation slides, and print materials. The role includes building and maintaining template libraries to streamline repeated design efforts, preparing product screenshots and videos by cropping and performing color corrections, and creating supplementary graphics to support social media initiatives for multiple brands.
Further responsibilities include designing one-page sales sheets and internal branded documents, developing original creative content once familiar with the brand standards, organizing and correctly naming assets in the library, and ensuring all work adheres to brand guidelines through thorough quality checks.
Eligibility and Application
Applicants must be available to work remotely and be able to start between August 27, 2026, and October 1, 2026. The commitment duration is four months. Priority is given to individuals who possess relevant design skills and interests, including women seeking to begin or restart their careers.
Compensation and Work Schedule
The monthly stipend ranges from INR 12,000 to 15,000. The internship follows a 5-day workweek with flexible working hours. Occasionally, weekend work may be requested in advance during critical project phases. Daily morning check-ins via brief calls and end-of-day written updates are expected. Work will be submitted through a shared folder rather than chat apps, and flexible monitoring without strict hour tracking is practiced.

Essential traits include noticing subtle design misalignments, maintaining typography hierarchy without unnecessary fonts, accepting corrections gracefully, and proactive communication about obstacles.
Additional Information
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, illustration, UI/UX, print production (including CMYK and bleed), presentation design, 3D design, or photography is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates with such skills should highlight them early in their application.
