Engineering Assistant Internship - Hiring, Testing & General Support (Remote)

About the Internship

Humanity Founders, a global venture studio dedicated to building innovative, human-centric startups aimed at creating sustainable value and positive social impact, is offering an internship opportunity for an Engineering Assistant. This role involves supporting the engineering team with daily technical operations, project coordination, product testing, and recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering team activities including project coordination, tracking tasks, documentation maintenance, and general operational assistance.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of websites, applications, and new product features across multiple devices to detect bugs, usability problems, and inconsistencies.
• Accurately document bugs and technical issues with detailed reproduction steps, screenshots, expected outcomes, and other essential developer information.
• Monitor project progress, follow up on outstanding tasks, update project statuses, and assist in keeping development timelines and priorities well-organized.
• Assist in the technical recruitment process by screening applications, coordinating interviews, maintaining communication with candidates, and organizing hiring data.
• Help manage technical assignments and evaluate candidate submissions through coordination, testing, and consolidating feedback for the hiring team.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, interns, and management to communicate project needs, track issues, and ensure seamless coordination between departments.
• Provide engineering and operational support as needed, including research, documentation, data management, quality assurance, and related project tasks.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for this remote internship role.
• Should be able to commence work between August 7, 2026, and September 11, 2026.
• Availability for the entire six-month duration is required.
• Must demonstrate relevant skills and interests related to the role.
• Preference for Computer Science Engineering students.

Additional Information

• Internship duration is 6 months starting immediately upon selection.
• Stipend range from INR 3000 to INR 5000 per month.
• Two open positions are available.
