The role involves interacting with HR leaders, founders, CFOs, and other key decision-makers to understand employee retention needs and to present and sell this product.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a strong corporate sales pipeline by identifying potential companies and key decision-makers.
- Build and update a database of prospective corporate clients through diverse channels including LinkedIn, emails, phone calls, referrals, events, and industry networks.
- Secure meetings with HR Heads, CHROs, Founders, CFOs, Finance Heads, and other senior management personnel.
- Analyze customer challenges related to employee retention programs, bonus and incentive frameworks, ESOP utilization, gratuity and other long-term benefits, and budget allocation towards employee incentives.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets including qualified leads, meetings booked, product demos, preparing proposals, acquiring new corporate accounts, enrolling employees, facilitating assets through customers, and generating revenue.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should demonstrate a successful track record in business-to-business sales, preferably in SaaS, HR-technology, fintech, or financial benefits domains. The ability to clearly communicate HR retention benefits and essential financial or investment concepts to executive-level audiences is essential.

- Internship duration is 4 months with immediate availability preferred (starting between August 30, 2026, and October 4, 2026).
- Working location is Powai, Mumbai, with a 5-day workweek.
- The stipend ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 per month, including a fixed component of ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 and incentives from ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 monthly.
- Upon successful conversion to a permanent role, the annual salary is expected between ₹400,000 and ₹500,000.
