  AI-powered smart department ecosystem designed to connect students, faculty, and HOD/admin to replace fragmented communication across WhatsApp, notices, Google Classroom, and email. Proposed AI-driven modules including a Study Assistant, Notes Summarizer, Placement Readiness Score, Project Idea Generator, and Progress Dashboard.

  Portfolio builder web app built and shipped to production with authentication, a dashboard, project/blog management, and SEO-friendly pages. Built during the CyberWolf Team Hackathon and deployed with a live demo, public GitHub repo, and Vercel.
