Position Overview
Join FedEx as a Warehouse Associate responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of loading and unloading operations. This role involves sorting and inspecting shipments, entering and processing data electronically, conducting general quality assurance tasks, and maintaining effective communication within the team and across related departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless loading and unloading processes.
- Sort and verify shipments accurately.
- Capture, process, and scan data using computer systems.
- Perform routine quality assurance activities.
- Communicate effectively within the team and with interface partners.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Completed vocational training is advantageous.
- High resilience and adaptability to changing demands.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- English language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of hazardous materials and forklift certification are preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
