About the Role

Join Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants as a Team Member within the Corporate Field Operations team. Your role is essential in making our establishment the top choice for guests by delivering excellent customer service and serving bold, fast food.

• Drive sales and profitability by ensuring high guest satisfaction levels.
• Report any concerns or suggestions directly to the General Manager.
• Recognize and address the needs and requests of guests promptly.
• Undertake cross-training and obtain certifications for various roles within the restaurant.
• Follow all policies and procedures to maximize satisfaction among guests and staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for both employees and customers.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in guest service or food preparation is preferred.
• Basic math skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including extended shifts.
• Possess sufficient energy and stamina to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Food Safety Certification is a plus.
