Job description
Role Overview
The Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for leading the store’s operations to enhance guest services and maximize sales and profitability. This includes managing expenses, controlling shrinkage, overseeing human resources, and handling all aspects of merchandising and inventory following company policies.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay ranges from $24.60 to $24.85, based on qualifications and experience.

Candidate Requirements
