Role Overview

We invite you to join Secure Code Warrior as a Full Stack Software Engineer, playing an integral role across the entire development lifecycle. You'll focus on delivering quality solutions from inception through completion while collaborating effectively with your team and upholding strong software quality standards to ensure scalable, maintainable results.

Technical Environment

The role involves working with modern technologies including Go, Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and React. While prior experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform is advantageous, it is not mandatory and offers opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver core contributions aligned with project and business objectives.
• Drive and refine system design and architecture to preempt issues and enhance robustness.
• Help embed engineering best practices and standards within the team.
• Promote a collaborative culture fostering knowledge exchange and mutual support.
• Lead feature/component development independently from design to deployment.
• Identify potential obstacles proactively to ensure timely task completion.
• Mentor junior engineers to uplift code quality, architectural insight, and problem-solving abilities.
• Perform code reviews and participate in recruitment to strengthen the engineering team.
• Independently research and resolve technical challenges, contributing architectural suggestions for maintainability.

Technical Skills and Experience

• Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals and full lifecycle development experience.
• Proficient in TypeScript and at least one backend language such as Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Experienced in building responsive frontends with React.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn Kubernetes and Terraform/IaC is beneficial but optional.
• Ability to build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services.
• Apply sound design patterns bridging frontend and backend components.
