Job description
Role Summary
We are looking for a full-time Software Engineer specializing in Micro Platforms to work remotely from anywhere. This position involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable micro platforms that enable core business functionalities. The role requires collaboration across multiple teams to deliver efficient solutions within a distributed systems landscape.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain scalable, high-performance micro platforms.
- Implement backend services adhering to modern software engineering principles.
- Work closely with DevOps to facilitate smooth platform deployment and ongoing monitoring.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested code aligned with best engineering standards.
- Debug and fix issues impacting distributed system environments.
Required Skills and Experience
- Over 5 years of backend-focused software engineering experience.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, or equivalents.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed system concepts.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform and Ansible.
