About the Role
This opportunity is at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee independently manages all employment matters including hiring, discipline, and scheduling, while McDonald's USA holds no influence over these decisions.
Take charge as a Shift Manager leading weekly shifts to ensure customers receive prompt, accurate, and welcoming service. This leadership position involves supervising crew members and fellow managers to maintain McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and uphold food safety standards.
- Facilitate clear internal communication across teams.
- Oversee inventory management to meet operational needs.
- Ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Lead and manage crew members effectively.
- Maintain consistent preparation of quality food products.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Monitor safety and security protocols diligently.
- Manage staff scheduling to optimize operations.
- Conduct training for new and current team members.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings, demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic team player attitude, and possess a flexible schedule suited to the fast-paced McDonald's environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a managerial role.
