Role Overview

As a Senior C# Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and enhancing the backend services powering key banking products. These systems handle thousands of financial transactions daily and must be robust, scalable, secure, and reliable. Beyond coding, you will shape technical strategies, influence initiatives across teams, and manage complex projects from conception through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ownership of complex projects, delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Architect scalable backend solutions that handle real-world complexity and volume.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in C# with experience building high-impact, complex systems in production.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn modern technologies such as Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS Aurora Postgres.
• Strong adherence to Test-Driven Development (TDD) and rigorous testing disciplines.
• Excellent systems thinking and strong architectural judgment.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and transform complexity into executable plans.
• Data-driven decision-making with a long-term perspective.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams beyond immediate scope.
