As a Retail Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role on the team, leading by example in-store and ensuring customers receive excellent service. Whether assisting customers directly or managing behind-the-scenes operations, keeping service standards high is your priority. Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the team leader in-store, leading by example to exemplify outstanding customer service and operational standards.
• Understand customer needs to guide them toward appropriate products and solutions effortlessly.
• Ensure smooth store operations including cash reconciliations, addressing customer queries, maintaining audit compliance, and managing stock effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to foster a supportive and enjoyable work environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a supervisor or duty manager with a track record of managing small teams in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Exceptional customer service skills paired with the ability to drive sales.
• Demonstrate curiosity and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Passion for the business and its values.
• Friendly, adaptable, dependable, honest, and hard-working character traits.
