About the Role
We are urgently seeking Relationship Managers for Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance Company Ltd to join their Direct Channel sales team. This role involves providing tailored insurance solutions to customers by acting as a liaison between clients and the company, primarily through direct selling via appointments at offices or homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct direct sales visits to customers through scheduled appointments either at customer homes or offices.
- Follow up on leads and appointments allocated by the call center to generate revenue.
- Meet self-sourcing targets consistently to contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain up-to-date business reporting, sales call MIS, lead usage, and conversion tracking daily using the Lead Management System (LMS).
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience, preferably in personal loans, real estate broking, life insurance sales, or BFSI field sales.
- Graduates with strong communication skills in English and any regional language.
- Age between 25 and 38 years.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Experienced candidates with a strong contact base and confidence in sales and marketing are preferred.
- Should be a local resident of the location they are applying for.
Locations and Compensation Details
Positions are available in multiple cities: Bhopal, Indore, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Nashik, Pune (SB Road & BG Road), Delhi (Janakpuri, Kirti Nagar & Preet Vihar), Gurugram, and Noida.
Salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹33,000 per month plus uncapped incentives, with an annual CTC ranging approximately from ₹2.4 lakh to ₹4 lakh depending on the location and candidate experience. Exceptional candidates with extensive life insurance field sales experience may earn up to ₹5 lakh CTC.
