Role Overview

As a Production Operator, you will be a crucial part of the order fulfillment unit, demonstrating initiative and attentiveness to meet production timelines. This position involves daily collaboration with teams such as Technology, Project Management, and Project Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with colleagues to assemble products, maintain traceability, and finalize orders using the MRP system.
• Conduct inventory control activities to uphold inventory precision within the MRP system.
• Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety at the workplace, supporting a robust workplace safety culture.
• Ensure that all assemblies and systems adhere to stringent internal and client quality standards, matching sales order and project specifications.
• Commit to and comply with the organization's Quality policies and procedures, focusing on ongoing enhancement and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification is a school leaving certificate; enthusiasm for starting a technical career is essential.
• Adaptable to a rapidly changing environment with the capability to multitask, work as part of a team, and take initiative.
• Mechanical knowledge is advantageous, including the ability to interpret mechanical components and assemblies per drawings and bills of materials, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Experience and proactive skills in fault detection and troubleshooting are important.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, and comfort using Windows-based test software and database systems.
