Key Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule weekly production plans considering shop floor capacity and material constraints by generating MPR demand planned orders.
• Lead and facilitate daily production and material management meetings involving cross-functional teams.
• Lead communication efforts with stakeholders to establish achievable production plans and propose improvements.
• Create balanced production loading plans to enable linear loading, accommodating seasonal business fluctuations and planned shutdowns.
• Analyze and identify critical material shortages, adjusting production plans to meet quarterly build targets.
• Collaborate closely with the Demand team to accommodate sudden customer order requests.
• Coordinate with Material Planning to ensure timely availability of materials and parts to support production schedules.
• Interface with logistics to expedite material delivery to the shop floor and ensure timely finished goods shipment.
• Prepare and release PRPJ/SEPJ Production Order management activities, including converting and releasing PO via PC Console, performing reconfiguration/swap planning, and supporting CRF management.
• Work together with engineers on special engineering projects to manage materials accordingly.
• Possibly assist work centers with shop floor control tasks.
