Role Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, one-on-one care within clients' homes
- Assist with light housekeeping duties such as organizing spaces, laundering clothes, and basic cleaning
- Support personal care activities including medication reminders and meal assistance
- Accompany clients on errands, grocery shopping, or other activities outside the home
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education requirement: completion of 8th grade or higher
- Prior caregiving experience is required
- Must have access to insured, dependable transportation
- Commitment to professional growth through organizational and state-mandated training
- Compliance with state background screening protocols is mandatory
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting wage of $13 per hour with weekly pay cycles
