TP Solar Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL), manages India's largest solar cell and module manufacturing facility situated in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
Role Overview
The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing and managing various HR Management Information System reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting to support HR operations and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Update and maintain comprehensive employee databases and HR documentation.
- Generate reports covering aspects like workforce headcount, attendance, leave records, attrition rates, recruitment progress, and employee transitions.
- Track and update records of new hires, resignations, internal transfers, and overall employee status.
- Create recruitment-related MIS reports covering candidate pipelines, interview schedules, selection outcomes, offers, and joining statuses.
- Gather, consolidate, and validate HR data from multiple sources ensuring high accuracy.
- Maintain precise employee details within HRMS or ERP platforms.
- Develop management dashboards and reports for review and decision-making.
- Monitor key HR performance indicators and provide data insights for the HR team.
- Conduct data reconciliation activities and identify any inconsistencies for resolution.
