As a Bakery Clerk, you will perform a comprehensive set of duties with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness. Your role centers on delivering excellent customer service, fostering loyalty, and contributing positively to both employee and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply strictly with Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety guidelines, corporate policies, and ongoing programs.
• Deliver attentive and effective customer service tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly presentation in the bakery work area.
• Manage customer bakery orders efficiently.
• Execute merchandising and promotional activities for bakery products.
• Handle and prepare bakery items according to standards.
• Promote bakery products proactively to increase store sales.
• Support training efforts for junior staff members.
• Manage stock orders and receipts following company inventory controls.
• Process and report department shrinkage accurately.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary workplace adhering to company standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
